Doubt

Anyone else do something and then not long after question if you really did it or if you imagined it? Sometimes i question memories...can anxiety do this?

Yes definitely! My OCD does this to me too, let the doubt pass through your mind. Like your opening the front door letting it on and then opening the back door to let it out, don’t stress over it. Takes practise I know xx

Yes Anxiety Depression and even PTSD can cause this, I had a serious breakdown where I suffered amnesia I was told it was Shock/Trauma and my subconscious was protecting me but eventually I should get my full memory back (I'm still waiting lol) I can do something indoors then five minutes later go to do the same thing! Or I thought I had done something I was supposed to have done but hadn't! It's annoying so now I have a list on my lounge door and bedroom door as well as kitchen and bathroom I tick off each thing as I go along it does make it easier for me ,but perhaps not for everyone!
