has anyone here experience this.. like your about to sleep and then you will wake up because theres something weird in your throat/chest and it feels like you cant breathe well.. im scared to sleep because of that....
ps.i experinced that last yr when i had really bad anxiety...
Hi Beliebermika... that’s what I am struggling with, for weeks ... I’m so tired I just want sleep but to scared as I wake up panic and I feel my heart sinking feeling x
I get that but I am already asleep thinking I am awake! I have woken up screaming because I dreamt I was awake and something evil was in my room with me in my sleep I try to scream but nothing comes out I am immobile through fear then I wake up screaming and soaking in sweat horrible horrible feeling
