Eye tiredness

Hiya please help calm my anxiety. I am having a massive flare of anxiety and in a meeting earlier my eyes felt drowsy and tired but I felt wired. I also felt dizzy and 'Not there'. It's so scary

Hi Sbmaurice. I feel you. I had random panic attacks at my work today. Just relax, close your eyes and sit comfortably and just breathe

I completely agree with Queenie. It's just anxiety. Take deep slow breaths and accept the feeling. Fighting it makes it worse.

I've had it happen to me as well. Usually goes after a while though. I agree it is scary. Think that's because we take so much notice of it
