Hi, are you feeling any better? Mindfulness apps or iTunes videos can help and get your mind off focusing on the panic attack. Deep breathing in through the nose for 5 hold for 4 exhale through the mouth for 5. Think of 3 things you can hear,smell,touch,and see. Hope these help... you’ve got this!!

It isn't easy when you are terrified, can't think and almost hysterical, but if it is also related to coming off a tablet and that is making it worse read Claire Weekes information that says to come off tablets is the same and dealing with anxiety.
