woke up suddenly racing heart

anyone get a racing heart when theyre woken up suddenly? my husband's alarm went off for work and it woke me up and my heart was racing. normally when i think my heart is racing it's usually like 80 beats a minute. this was over 100. just adrenaline probably, because it's slowing down now. i put on some relaxing music and texted a friend. im also trying to accept the feelings. it's just scary, especially since my husband will be working all day and i'm alone with 2 small kids. i always worry something will happen. thanks for listening.
