Distant friend

For the past week or so I've been distant from my best friend who i usually always want to talk to, she trys to help. But now it kinda feels like shes a stranger almost... can the unreal feeling or anxiety cause this?

I think what is the most important thing is to reach out to her. I experienced a similar thing with my best friend and when I talked to her about it, she was extremely supportive. From what I know from my experience, it was from my anxiety. That’s one of the things about anxiety; it makes you feel isolated or distant from the people you care about. That’s why I place my bet with anxiety. I really hope it works out for you and your friend. Good luck!
