Anxiety..... Can ppl pls explain and describe exactly what anxiety is x

The fear / worry without any reason.

Expecting the worst out of everything.. Negative thinking, too much thinking etc.

Anxiety is natural feeling but sometimes your brain sees everything as dangerous and makes you feel worried. So we get anxious over simple things... That will lead to the grusome physical and mental symptoms.

Panic Attack is one such symptoms.
