Do any of you ever experience this weird feeling that feels like a current kinda or flood of something through your body? Apparently it’s your stress response, and that can actually make you think all kinds of stuff because your basically on overload. It really makes sense. I figured out what triggered me, and I finally was able to cry and let out some emotions and concerns. It seems to have helped some. Thank you guys for being here. It’s a great help.
