Hi I’ve come on holiday on a plane and I’ve got 2 more days left, all holiday I’ve been counting down the days but been fine, today felt weird on my feet and panic set in lightheaded and panicky now is this my anxiety

It almost definitely is-----feeling light headed is a common effect with anxiety, which might be exacerbated by shallow breathing.
