drunken feeling all the time without alcohol consumption. No dizziness just heaviness in my brain and shoulder pain accompanies it.

I had this too. Only last about 4-5 weeks when my health anxiety was at it's peak. One day the heavy head disappeared and I felt lighter and my neck started to unkink. I did have shoulder pain as well and still do some times. I believe it was from my muscles being so tense all the time and lack of quality sleep. Once you start actually sleeping again a lot of these symptoms will go away. Work on your breathing and try to get out for walks and use your senses to see, feel, touch, smell and more. Anything that grabs your attention away from anxiety.
