Numbness
Yes I get them all the time, in fact all the time too frequent if you ask me. Usually my hands and nose or lips will feel slightly tinglish, soon after worrying about the fact that I KNOW it's coming (panic attack) I'll start feeling an overwhelming feeling of numbness all over not to mention that it's normal for my hands to curl up as if making a fist where I can't control them or open them, lol last time I even felt my face numb to where my tounge was dead and I slurred my speech never really been treated for this and I take no meds but I know it's anxiety cause I'm not dead lol! FYI it's starts as a little numb at first, then after multiple attacks they become vicous and vengeful like mine. Stay away from caffeine and such, and eat healthy plus workout! Peace to ya brotha.
Yes, it is normal to get those symptoms with anxiety. I get that once in a while.

That happens me too and I get an awful pressure in my head
