Numbness

Has anybody ever experienced a numbness feeling in the left side of there face it happened last night and I got freaked out and again today

I was on the way home and leaned my head against the window fell asleep and woke up to numbing in the right side of my face arm and leg! It freaked me out and j had a panic attack thinking it was something bad but got a cat scan done and it was fine

Yes I get that when I need to eat or getting a migraine!

When I have a panic attack I feel like my face goes numb. It makes my panic worse.

So it's all leading to anxiety I've had a stressful week and another one ahead of me u think that's why I feel that way because it's not like I have no feeling there when I scratch my face or something I feel it it's just the sensation

Yep this can be migraine related. I used to get this a lot. You can get it with or without a headache , after stress or eating foods which you might be sensitive too etc. mine used to come on immediately after drinking coffee amongst other things.  Good luck

Mine comes on after hot chocolate and cleaning chemicals!

Oh gosh yes , I have to be really careful about which chemicals I have around !

actually when i was walking to the store the other night i seen a couple fighting really bad the store clerk was outside with us and he called the cops right after that was when i experienced it i keep fearing that its a stroke its not my arm or my whole left side of my face just by my mouth i have experienced left arm numbing when this all first started coming on  im moving on saturday so i have had alot of stress and anxiety i keep checking my face to see if its drooping or anything i keep asking my bf if i look normal and he keeps saying yes do u think im freaking myself out more so it makes it worse idk i need some peace of mind here
