Water in my head

Hi Beamz, can you be a little more specific with what you are feeling ?
Hi Beamz, I had that water feeling in my head years ago. Contraction/tension headaches went along with it. Had MRI was clear. Saw a Neurologist, clear. The Rheumatologist was the one who diagnosed tension headaches as well as trigger points in the neck and base of the skull not allowing the lymphatic fluids to drain properly causing that full congested feeling throughout the sinuses and head.
In my case, no medication was given. Physical Therapy was recommended in working on the muscles knots in the neck as well as my using hot wet towels on back of neck and shoulders and kneading the knots with my fingers. It took some time for it to go away but I am completely free of the constant slushing sound in my head.
Let us know what you ENT doctor says tomorrow. It could be sinus caused which would produce a headache as well. Good Luck. Using some meditation and deep breathing will help in reducing your worry. xx
