weird pain

im experiencing some pain in my left hand more in my fingertips like my nerves or something my whole body has been really tense especially my shoulders and i can feel it in my ears ive also been having headaches i think due to the tension but this pain in my hand is very annoying has anyone every experience this?

I experience hand pain and numbness in the finger tips at times. My problem is coming from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I was diagnosed by a Neurologist years ago. I never had the surgery and so I do have nerve like shooting pains when I overuse my wrists. You should get it checked out. Something as simple as wearing a hand splint when you sleep can help.
