Should I drink this weekend?

I've noticed that after every weekend when I've been drinking my anxiety gets worse and worse every new week. So I think alcohol consumption might have something to do with it.

But the thing is, most weekends I spend time with family which can be a bit hectic and drinking is the only thing that relaxes me. So I'm not sure what to do? Should I just drink few beers or just not drink at all? Thanks.

if you know you can just have a few drinks and leave it then I don't see much of a problem.going over the cut off point is when the problem begins.my anxiety is far worse the next day after a few beers I only drink one a fortnight.

Alcohol can trigger your anxiety and the symptoms that come with it. If yiu decide to drink just know that you will have anxiety afterwards . I don't know how your tolerance is but if I have just a few sips of alcohol I get terrible flutters

If it makes your anxiety worse, why is it even a question? Once I figured out that caffeine made mine worse, I dropped the stuff like a hot potato.
