For those who dont know i have lost my son on black friday so about 2 months ago. And ever since i have had anxiety and depression. I was told that it was a clean MC nothing left behind, but i kept bleeding for about a month and a half. Then i went back and they said in needed a D&C cuz it wasn't a clean one. So about two weeks ago i stopped bleeding and not i started again but im feeling light headed and my eyes hurt and im cramping bad. Is it normal??
Still bleeding??: For those who dont know i... - Anxiety Support
Still bleeding??
I would check your iron levels, make sure you are drinking enough fluids and getting plenty of vitamins.
Like thats the thing they told me it was just cuz some placenta was left but i stopped bleeding and now this?
Any chance it's menstruation?
Tbh i think it might but its alot more blood and clots then one usually is. I feel super light headed
As Swan said, I would go to the ER... it may turn out to be nothing, but why chance it.
Hi CubanGirl69. I want to start by saying I'm very sorry for your loss. I think you should probably go to an emergency room so that they can do a check up and maybe a sonogram. I never had a miscarriage but I don't think you are suppose to bleed for so long. It's been two months since that happened to you. And you are feeling light headed possibly from the loss of blood so I recommend you go in as soon as you can. I hope all goes well.
thank you i have had two ultrasounds and the doc said its normal to bleed that much and my blood levels were normal and so were my hormone levels.
How long ago was this?
the ultrasounds were about two weeks ago but i just got the news that there were still problems about five days ago
Ok so maybe you should go back in. It's better to have piece of mind
yeah true
Hello, I'm a nurse, if you have not done so please go to the ER and at least get some labs drawn. You have no way of knowing how much blood you may have lost and lab work that's more than 24 hours old is irrelevant right now. You may even just need some fluids... But better safe than sorry!
And I'm very sorry for your loss. XO
Sorry to know of your loss. As Missnoname mentioned above, ur symptoms are typical of anemia. Do not consider it anxiety unless your hemoglobin is more than 12. Get ur CBC (complete blood count), you will be fine soon, but anemia must be corrected at the earliest. Best wishes
