3 weeks on 75mg of zoloft

I am in need of some serious encouragement. I have been struggling with anxiety since I was 18 (I'm 50) I was on Prozac for 9 years and totally fine and suddenly it stopped working. I have been switched to Zoloft since January and slowly going up in dose (12.5 increments) I am currently at 75mg and it been 3 weeks. I am having anxiety still and I need to know if this will ever go away. Should I up my dose again? I just want to live and I can't even go to the store without panicking. Please help with any advice. I'm ready to give up and yes I have Xanax and I hate the way it makes me feel.

Hello Scaron13, i just want to let you know maybe give the medication time and speak to your doctor if you should get an increase they know whats best, how does the xanax make you feel? hang in there everything will be okay soon, i will pray for you. take some deep breaths and do some mindfulness.

The Xanax makes me sleepy and then when it wears off I just cry and cry. I just want to be normal. Everyone I change my dose I'm a mess too. Very depressed
