i feel a sharp pain that happens when I move a certain way, lift my arm or cough. Not when I breathe as I know is common with this pain:/ it can also hurt when I lay still but then it’s a burning pain. My shoulder hurts when I stretch too.
My hypochondria won’t let me think it’s anything else but a heart attack.
My mums a nurse but yet I can’t seem to trust her
(I’m 19, 54 kg, 170 cm, I have diabetes t1 since 1 year)
What can I do to not think this way??? Has anyone felt this???

I have felt that sort of pain . . Mine was calcium build up in my shoulder on my joint . Also I use my arms at work alot repedivly. . I also had pain in my upper left hand chest area and found out I had deep inflammation in my muscles in my chest cavity wall . Just know that you have many muscles and cartledge threw out your body and we wear and tear a lot of those things on a day to day basis and if you consists have it chances are it's not a heart attack because usually heart attacks are quicker and the pain is undeniable .
Thank you so much for your reply!! I have that pain in my upper arm and chest, it’s so sore today. Did u need any treatment for your inflammation or did it heal by itself?
I don't think you're having a heart attack? How long have you been having this pain? because if it was a heart attack I think you might be dead by now? You should go see t you should go see a doctor. you could have pulled a muscle?
I spoke to my dr about it and he said I should just let it be. I know it shouldn’t be a heart attack but there are silent heart attacks and often does women not feel as intens pain :/ that’s why I’m still worrying. Today I’m just sore in my chest/arm/neck as if I’ve been working out but I haven’t
I keep hearing people write that anxiety does not kill that is such a fallacy. It's a lot of pressure on the heart, I'm 63 and I feel that that's a possibility
Hi Sofias: Your not imagining things. I've had this and it's painful when you breathe. It's Pleurisy. Which is the inflamation of the tissues in your chest and lungs. Did you hang around in wet clothes? While damp did you get in a draft or air condition? Take an Aleve and keep that part of your body warm and dry. Good luck
