Hey my names Lauren I was just looking for some advice really π I've had anxiety for a while now and recently it's been pretty bad but I just wanted to know if some of the symptoms I've had are definitely anxiety. I've been told it can sometimes have a physical impact on you but I just wanted to make sure.
I've been feeling dizzy, weak and very unbalanced it almost feels like my head is in a bubbleπ or I'm wearing a new pair of glassesπ... I often feel breathless as well and I'm feeling quite nervous regularly. When I'm actually having a panic attack I get chest pains and really bad head aches. Is all of this normal? ?π
Thanks, hope someone gets back to me lol

I used to suffer with anxiety until I found out what really causes it.
Anxiety is a symptom of too much worrying about something in the future that is most likely never going to happen. It's a sign from your psychology that things are out of balance.
What we think affects us physically and mentally.
We are generally all born with innate mental health and wellbeing, and it's usually our overthinking that causes our problems.
There is a new understanding that shows how we get caught up in an outside in existence but we have an inside out experience.
Thank you I've tried meditation and crystals because I come from a hippie family lol they seem to work when I'm having bad thoughts but when I'm actually having panic attacks I find it very hard to calm down so I just try to take deep breaths and get away from people as I don't really know what else to do
When people have panic attacks it is all due to the type of thinking they are having in the moment, usually when they experience a new or unfamiliar situation.
These can be a thing of the past when you understand the nature of thought behind all human behaviour
Yes it can definitely make you feel bad. I get anxiety before I do anything like before work in the morning or going out. Sometimes I feel quite ill actually. some of your symptoms I can identify with. Isn't it good to know that we are not suffering alone as there are many people on here who feel the same
Hello Lauren,. Anxiety can definitely have a physical impact on us. And we can become our own worst enemy. But as Flaxxy has said we don't have to give it a creadance. We can choose to ignore. If i have a negative thought, i try to see a positive to it. Or humour in it. It helps to counterbalance its effects.
Hi Princess sorry to say yes all the symptoms you have are more than likely anxiey i have them aswell but if you are worried go & get them checked out, hope you feeling better soon.
