Anxious about getting another dizzy episode. Help?

Ever since last week, I was afraid of getting another dizzy episode.

It came from me bending over looking down at my phone while scrolling on Instagram.

It lasted a second but after that it scares me. I don't want to go through nothing like that again.

I took iron before I got my cycle so I still believe that from me staying up late caused my hormon to act up, are there some ways to control them?

Can your hormones mess up from lack of sleep and bring on dizzy spells?

Thanks,

Deanna.

How about simple blood pressure? Looking or getting up quickly can just screw with your blood pressure in your head. If you were scrolling through Instagram, bet you were bent over longer than you think. Unless you have a blood pressure problem you didn't mention, just ease up slower next time. x

I don't have any problems with my blood pressure. That's one of my fears right there. But I need to look at it though, just in case if it's not high.

Thank you for replying!

I think your blood pressure is fine....but because you were bending over for maybe quite a while, the sudden raising of your head prevented blood to return to it in a natural course of time.....it was either higher or lower in blood pressure than your lower part of your body. Sometimes I see stars if I get up too quickly. Basically saying I think you are a-ok!

Oh, alright! Whew lol. But I believe so too. I have a bad posture and have problems fixing it. I'm so use to bending over and slouching but it's bad.

Maybe if I fix it, I think it will help.

I’d say drink plenty of water and don’t get up too fast because that used to happen to me a lot and it is scary I totally get that! But just remember this feeling can’t kill you or hurt you! Try taking naps more maybe those could help !

Have you checked with a doctor that you may possibly have diabetes/ low blood pressure? I get dizzy and shaky at times but it's because of low blood pressure/diabetes. I have severe anxiety at times and because of that, I can barely eat sometimes, which makes my blood pressure low.
