Shingles & anxiety don't mix

Hey everyone,just got back from the doctor. Its 12 A.M. where I live,I went to the doctor for a sore like looking knot on my face that became visible 3 days ago, last night I lost the feeling to touch on that side of my face. So i went and was just told I have shingles on my face,it could affect my eye or so on the doctor said. The doctor gave me a prescription to take 5 times a day for 10 days,with me having anxiety and panic disorder though I am freaking out like I use to,tonight for the first time in a while my anxiety hit the fan like it was a few months ago which scares me also due to not wanting to go back to that way because I was unable to even live when I was that way. But like I was saying I'm dealing out about the shingles possibly affecting my eye,also I have allergies to so many medication, my first thought is "what if I'm allergic to this one and it affects my breathing and so on." I'm scared to take the meds but know of I don't it could get worse but at the same time I'm thinking "omg what if its not really shingles and is something else and they gave me the wrong medication and I should be being treated for something else. I wish I knew what to do,any advice? I don't know anymore,I am so tired physically,emotionally and mentally,this morning its just me and my never ending turmoil of anxiety and panic. 😭😢😔
