The past couple of days my anxiety and dizziness has been really bad.
The constant state of false motion is always there, when i close my eyes it's like im going around on a ride or something, when I'm walking around the house or standing up, I will feel like im about to fall and have lost balance. I don't ever actually fall but it's that sudden feeling that scares me.
I have a balance clinic appointment in May, will they be able to tell.me if it's a vestibular problem like bppv while I'm there?
I know I have anxiety. But I want to know if the anxiety has come from a vestibular problem. Or its all down to anxiety alone.

Hi lucyjane, I’ve no idea if you’re condition is just anxiety or maybe it’s an ear problem or a combination! It could be you do have an inner ear problem which is making you dizzy then that is making you panic which then makes you have dizziness.. it’s that fear cycle which somehow keeps us all on tender hooks making us believe there’s something else happening.. there isn’t snd 99.9% whatever it is can be treated, if only we’d believe we are actually ok !
You are ok, yes you’re dizzy and my goodness it the worst symptom I hate it just sitting minding your own and whoosh , wobble your like what was that ? But does it ever get any worse? Can you intensify it ? Probably not , so stop fearing it and given time it’ll go !!
