Need help or reassurance

I’m having pain in my upper sternum. I can pinpoint the exact spot. But everything in me says I’m having a heart attack. I called my heart dr and she doesn’t seem to thing it’s heart related. I have a appointment with my primary dr in the morning. But my anxiety is through the roof.

I just started Zoloft so I’m not sure if this is related to that or not.

Try to relax and dont think it’s an heart attack

That’s what tenses us up more

When I feel like this I feel every pain around my body and I start shallow breathing and panicking and feel alone !!

Glad your in doctors try looking at pressure points on YouTube for anxiety and stress it helped me
