I have asthma and now anxiety is making it more worse!!!! I hate my life!!!!!

Do you use a steroid inhaler? My brown one causes me to have anxiety, depression and really bad thoughts so I only use it when desperate to clear my lungs. The docs say its not possible but there is lots of documented evidence. Xx

The more medicine you take the worse you feel. Maybe the natural way is best. There's some oils that actually shrink membranes when you inhale them, teas with herbs to clear passage ways, etc. Hope this helps.
