Yes , definitely, not 100% sure why , possibly to do with the fluctuation of hormone levels. I’m definitely much more sensitive and put a lot down to PMT . Another one of the joys of being a woman 😉
Oh for sure! It must have something to do with the hormones and stuff. Before anxiety I was super emotional on my period, now I have anxiety it’s 1000 times worse I believe.
