This is similar to what I posted before, but my general off balance feeling seems to be 24/7.
Is that usual? To feel feel it all the time?
If I'm concentrating on something then I don't notice it a as much, but then I will also have these sudden dropping sensations out of nowhere even when I think I'm not anxious, my brain tells me I am all over again.
I know it will take time to feel better, but sometimes it make a me feel like I'll never feel how I used to.

Hi lucy I get random off-balanceNess if that's a word. I dont want to say dizzy like spinning but as with you it's sporadic. Ive had it years and it's a sure sign of anxiousness. Im terrible for keeping active but when I have my moments, even walking each day I notice it's better. Due to my job it's all to easy for me to become sedentary then it creeps back. Try not to think of how you were but how you're going to be. Remeber there is nothing but 'the present' available to you.
I literally just had a doctors appointment and described the same thing. I was thinking it was vertigo and the doctor asked me- do you feel like you’re spinning or is the room spinning. When I replied it’s me, she said it’s definitely anxiety and not vertigo. Just try and to calming techniques daily, like first thing in the morning and at night before bed. Once you find a good routine it should lower your stress and you will notice a difference
