So I looked up signs of heart disease and its kind of crazy how it’s always something linked to stress .Ive had anxiety for 2 or 3 years now .

You don't need anything else to worry about now. If your doctor says your heart is OK, then just focus on reducing your anxiety.

I'm unconvinced that heart disease is caused by stress or we all here would be dead by now. The heart muscle is one of the thickest and strongest in the human body and can take stress in its stride. And I can't recall a single person on this forum actually suffering from heart disease caused by stress.

What causes heart disease isn't stress it's the saturated fat in pork pies, burgers, butter, pizzas, sausages, takeaways and all the other things of which we eat far too much.
