Just sit still until it goes back to normal and it will count backwards from 1000

I’m hearing you . Mine has been doing it quiet regular for the last 3 weeks to a month . For no reason it would go mad in my chest . Bloody scary

I have been dealing with the same thing for the past 3 1/2 weeks. All day long, every day. I'm nearly certain it's stress though I switched bp meds and that is a side effect. Completely annoying. It's like someone hitting me randomly in the chest throughout the day. I hate it.
