Getting a handle on anxiety

Over the years I tried many things to deal with my anxiety issues, from alcohol (bad idea!) to tobacco (worse idea!) and prescription medication. But recently I have begun working on my inner self through meditation and contemplation, breathing exercises and just exercise - and watching what I put into my body. Things seem to be looking up but I'll keep you posted!

What kind of foods do you find helpful? I have recently started taking citalopram and i am going through a really hard time with it. Im trying to meditate but not much exercise at the moment because ive lost a lot of weight and cant eat properly. Any suggestions would be helpful....
