Palpitation

I’ve been getting really bad palpitations tried magnesium but I don’t get a lot of success with that. First off the filler they used in the tablets gave me really bad headaches so I changed to a different brand and that is what seemed to start off these palps. I had a blood test done through Medichecks checks which showed I was at the top end of the scale, yet I was only taking 100mg a day. I also have erosive gastritis and acid reflux and am on high levels of PPI’s and Gaviscon Advance. I looked at the ingredients in both and see they have magnesium in them. I wondered therefore if it’s not wise to take supplements while on this medication. The doctors seems to think the acid reflux and anxiety are behind the palpitations
