Waking up due to heart pounding

I know this sounds sooo stupid but when I lie on my front I feel like I'm squashing my heart so it's difficult to get comfortable and tonight I woke up very suddenly because of my heart which was pounding extremely fast! I'm used to panick attacks so I immediately opened my bedroom window for fresh are and to calm down , does anyone else get this??

Literally me every morning. I get up with my heart beating so hard, usually over 120 bpm and my blood pressure very high. I can't even see a doctor because I don't have insurance, I wish you luck with your problem, mine will probably never go away, but I believe yours will, sounds like anxiety to me.

Where do you live with that crappy health care? As an european this looks so goddamnit strange to me... When you have the slightest headache you can visit doctor for free anytime... and Even go to ER for free
