Does anyone else listen to relaxing or hypnosis recordings to help them sleep? I’ve found them to be a great help in drifting off stopping my brain from overthinking. They don’t keep me asleep but I do feel better in a morning when I wake as I don’t lay getting agitated with thoughts. So if anyone’s having difficulty in switching off at night I’d highly recommend I’ve felt much less anxious since starting them. I just use YouTube for the videos and listen through headphones
