54 days smoke free. I wanted to say to everybody that comes on to post their experiences and for their support and encouragements. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

If i didnt find and registered to this forumsite i would've gave up and went back to them cancer sticks. So far i can definitely breathe alot better. Full breaths. Only symptoms are sometimes chest feels tight and but goes away. Anxiety comes and goes. Im hoping these symptoms are going away soon.

well done that's a great achievement now you can smell the flowers food properly even the air you breathe must be better fresher and healthier.

Thanks for the great comment. Anxiety are still present here and there, just hoping these unwanted nerves to go away for good.
