We all feel the same... You are not only one person... thus anxiety happens when you are alone or over thinking so...If i feel the same i'm seriously saying i will go with some stuff which divert my mind. like I will watch TV,Cooking Videos,I will hear Music.
1. Take deep breath and release from mouth and say that you don't have anything first because you got all normal in your tests.
2. Why you are thinking about the life my friend. You think we can leave longer. We don't know what happens tomorrow so be happy and always smiley face.
3. I know you can't stop thinking. So go and take shower. Most of time spend with friends or family.
4. We all with you my friend. Don't worry. God will help you. I feel that he always with me. and he gives strength to me.
Your profile picture says it all..you need darkness for stars to shine..you are a star..yes, God is with you..have faith.

anxiety6, when we have so much stress in our lives that we feel out of control, the adrenaline is constantly surfacing, never really leaving your body. Know as Free Floating Anxiety. Depression can follow along with high volume anxiety. You need to find methods to use in order to reduce some of the stress in your life. You may not be able to change the stress then you need to adapt to the way you react to it. If you do not make changes than you stay stuck in that cycle of continuous fear begetting fear. That's where that feeling is coming from. I use meditation and deep breathing many times a day. Even though I have left anxiety behind, I use it as a coping mechanism to things that may come my way in life that are stressful or unexpected.
Life will bring us turmoil on it's own, it's up to us to create joy in living each day. Keep coming back to the forum where you will exchange your ideas and share your experiences living with anxiety. As we learn from each other, things will start to improve. You have found a safe place to get the support and understanding you need. Stay Positive, Be Calm. xx
It is never for "no reason". You have an underlying belief about something that is causing you to feel like you do all of the time.
Be honest with yourself. What is your best guess as to what it is that is really at the core of how you feel every day?
