Yes!! I am always like that. Like almost everyday since november. My heart is pumping so fast and it hurts so much like i just want to die. Still, i dont know what to do. I only relax some time and it will be back again.

I’m the same I can never relax and the little time I do relax I acknowledge it then the cycle begins again

This happens to me sometimes too, i feel intense heart pain and i literally feel like im going to have a heart attack, honestly sucks. Personally i find drinking water and listening to music or just doing anything to calm you down can help

Try taking a magnesium supplement - it helped me a lot with stress-related tension and pain in my chest

I did order some but was scared to take them unless they messed with the medication I’m on. What would u suggest?

I just bought some from the chemist - check with doctor or chemist to see if they'll affect your medication .

Wow! I have this all the time! Even right now! I think my chest muscles may just be sore and tired from breathing deeply all the time which I do to make sure I can still breathe because I have breathing anxiety and get lying, intrusive thoughts from my brain telling me I'm not breathing. I hope that is what it is. I also have acid reflux but which can also give you chest discomfort, but I already took a Zantac for it. I almost had a full blown panic attack because of this pain and bruise-like feeling in my chest, but was able to fight it off. This is said thousands of time on this site, but I am glad I'm not alone!

I've been having chest pains for a couple of weeks now on and off. It's very scary! Makes me think there's something more wrong with me than just having anxiety/panic attacks. I can't concentrate on much else when I feel all disorientated and chest pains but it's just the way things are right now.. As long as you have been for check ups and know there's nothing wrong with your heart etc then you have to keep telling yourself that "you'll overcome it, keep calm and breath". I know it's hard.. Especially when your having heart pulputations due to panicking and having adrenaline pumping around your body and feeling spaced out/dizzy. It does make you very exhausted, I sometimes only take my son to and from school on my bad days then go home and do nothing all day but I'm still exhausted physically and emotionally. I hope you over come it soon or find a way of dealing with it. Charl x

Hiya Jessica !!!!

Hope you are OKAY xx

Yes completely !

I actually have it feeling like that now aswell.

It is a very scary tight-chested and worrying feeling, that seems to spark off other nasty feelings aswell. I get really sick and tired off it tbh !!!

My anxiety will always go for my chest area 1st. Then it feels a tightness on mu upper chest areas. Then, I get WORRIED that there is something more serious happening ! But it not. It just takes longer to go away from that particular area of your body. It because your over-sensitized nerves are carrying those fear hormones around through them, and the chest area is 1 of the places that gets affected 1st and feels it more. If your inn any kind of tablets or meds, then start bringing down the meds by around half a tablet every 2 weeks roughly. Keep going until right off. If you are not on any meds WHATSOEVER, then your thoughts, your mind, can and will control that tightness and uncomfortable feeling away once u just practice a little bit. Trust me on it please,

It definitely helps when you are feeling it.

You just need to learn to tune yourself into a positive good thought or put on music or a T.V. channel or find something that makes your mind occupied .

Me ???...... When it gets REALLY bad and uncomfortable for me,

I will right away get up and go for a walk.

Immieditly, the fresh air and the being out in the open feeling, takes away the tightness and discomfort from my chest area and I just don't start thinking or worrying about what it could be. I already know the answer to this question tbh. Because been tested for everythingyou can imagine !! The whole 9 yards LOL !! It's just a pain in the ass but the secret is to actually accept the pain and feeling instead if trying to fight against it. Trust me on it please !! U will understand and appreciate what I was saying, once u get the habit of learning to CONTROL it. "Accept it "!!!!!!!!!!! That is the secret !!!! When u accept it and know that you know it's just that damn same chest area thing again, it will go away. I mean actually disappear in front of you. Then, you'll learn how to prevent it from taking hold in yhe 1st PLACE.

Honestly Jessica,

I'm feeling it right now as I'm texting you.

CAN U believe that !!!!!!

But I'm just sitting in the room now, laying back on the bed and watching something I've recorded earlier. And not it's fine !!!!

Secret is here.......... Just don't give it any kind of attention or think on it. Just stay totally calm as much as possible and tune your mind elsewhere. Then watch, u will be able to have it under control and gone completely !!!! I know you can get paranoid at times tbh because you think it's too near my HEART and that breathing area. Trust me, I know alright, BIG TYME😊

Do not try to fight it.

Do not panic at all.

Don't try to anylize it.

JUST go walk or else chill out for a little bit and accept that you meed to let it be there just for a little while and u know u will be getting rid off it soon enough !!!!!!

JUST CHILL OUT.

YOU ARE fine .

Relax and accept it

Get it under your control.

I learned that the hard way,

U don't need to.

U just learn from ME.

SIMPLE!!!! LOL !!!!

Take care of yourself

Jessica 👌✌🏽
