I have anxiety and panic attacks. As well as depression. I stress too much over the little things and can’t let go of certain and keep thinking of them. It got to the point where I was having panic attacks almost daily around October-November 2017. I finally got help and have been on setraline (50mg), used to take ativan but now have propranolol for panic attacks, and other medications to help with acid reflux and IBS. I also take some B-12, magnesium, and fish oil.
Every time I have gas to pass, need to use the bathroom, or after I eat, I get bad acid reflux where my top abdomin cramps, my middle chest aches, and some headache. These symptoms for the past day or so has caused me to have a panic attack. Along with jolting up from sleep when my daughter woke up calling for me which I think invited the acid reflux to act up. Has anyone else experience this. And what has helped other than exercise and diet changes which I’ve been slowly changing.

I too have this and just started sertraline. I experience extreme belching and a nauseous feeling/uncomfortable feeling in my diaphragm area. I wake in the middle of the night and cant fall back asleep! Its terrible. Is the sertraline helping you?
I just up’d My dosage from 25mg to 50mg and my anxiety is up there at the moment. I finally started feeling normal ish again with 2-3 months of 25mg setraline. Then I moved homes and the stress got to me and have up’d dosage ever since. I’m still trying to wait for it to level out in my system. I have moments of clarity and feeling like me. Then sometimes I just get so anxious I can’t stay out in public for too long.
