Anxiety back with a bang

Hi everyone ,suddenly you are feeling less anxious, fuzzy and everything and then weirdest things happen I ache all over have slowest digestive system bloated and we'll just want yo cry feeling low and just want yo stay in bed and cuddle up. I have had hectic time with work but can anxiety cause pain like this constant urge to go toilet headache .anyone had this plus waking up in night. Full of wind Sometimes like heart burn chest I get in a total panic.Binkynoo

I am exactly the same, makes me feel so sick and my stomach bloat and the awful lump in the throats feeling. I'm currently taking ADs (fluoxetine) things always get worse nefore they better. I hope you manage too over come this!
