Anxiety is taking over again

So I've had general anxiety disorder and seemed to 'recover' with a mix of CBT and citalopram. However the past few weeks I've felt it creeping back into my life again.

My husband has just announced he's not feeling well and headed to bed early. I now have panic rising in my chest. I feel sick and I dont know why?
