Leg ache

I keep getting a funny on off leg and pelvic ache in my right side only. It’s starting to freak me out. I’m due on my period in 7 days but I can’t see how it’s related. I keep thinking it’s sonething serious?? My periods are normal but I’m 42 so they’ve started being abit lighter. It’s not painful just like an annoying sharp throb or pull sensation. I had a c section 15yrs who so not sure if it’s adhesions??

sounds like a pinched nerve, sciatica....try taking advil...helps with spasms and pain.

Thanks. I’m not sure it’s a pinched nerve as it’s been on and off since October and I have no back ache and it’s not really painful enough to make me want to take analgesia. It’s like a zap or a flutter. It’s very odd but thanks for replying
