Sertraline

This is my first post on here. I suffer with terrible anxiety and have been on sertraline 25mg for nearly 2 weeks can anyone tell me what side effects you have on this Antideppresant

I googled this:

Nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, loss of appetite, increased sweating, diarrhea, upset stomach, or trouble sleeping may occur.

that's not good, then you should talk to your doctor, because it's their job to make sure the benefits of a prescribed med. out weigh the side effects.

The benefits will outweigh the side effects..it just takes 4-6 weeks for the side effects to go away and the med to start working.

My side effects last until the 5 week and then they went away and I started feeling great.

I had all the side effects for a couple of months. I still get stomach cramps but only for a couple of hours taking it. The benifts outway all the side effects just takes time I’ve i ou been on it since Oct

I used to be on sertraline, Had very bad side affects now on 10mg citalopram and feel fine, I must add i was ok before i took these tabs, Mine are for chemical imbalance. Not for a bout of seriouse depression. These tablets take a few weeks to get people feeling better. Consult you docter Gerrerd.

I take 200 mg a day I have to say I have had no problems with side effects. Been on it for years now

Thank you side effects seem to be getting less now
