I love when you feel a symptom and all of a sudden you start googling and it's like your dying lol

For the past two days now I've been having weird stomach pain like indigestion kinda and a little bit of a burning sensation. I do have acid reflux, and I take Prozac which I had no idea causes indigestion at times. I started googling like a freak and now I'm paranoid. I messaged the dr and now I'm waiting for a reply. I hate how anxiety causes us to be paranoid or go from 0-60 in the blink of an eye. How is everyone else doing ?
