I'm not sure I have anxiety

Doctor thinks iv.got anxiety but i.dont feel anxious or anything just every so often I get palpation,s think.something is seriously wrong with me and I'm.going.to do don't think that is anxiety myself anyone else feel.this way ? Thank.you

I think that if it walks like a duck, it's probably a duck. Your feeling some of the things that may put you in the category of having anxiety, but it's always a mixed bag for many of us. No one slot fits all, just that we seem to lean towards one issue more than another, and that gives us a good starting point at what we need to do to get better, learn to cope, etc. So I would say maybe talk with your doctor more so that you have more understanding about what your feeling.
