Hi, does anyone ever experience like burning chest pains at the back of their chest?

I can only explain it as feeling like a burning sensation and a bit of an ache. I'm a bit worried

I get that as well both in the back of my neck and upper back. It's nothing more than overly worked tightened muscles from being in a state of anxiety or in my case shoveling snow :)

It's like when you would work out at the gym, there would be a slight burning of the overworked muscles. In the case of anxiety, the muscles don't get a chance to regenerate because of the constant daily stress. Doing muscle relaxation and using some heat can help with the blood flood to those muscles relieving the burning and aching. It is not serious just annoying. You are okay x

Let me know if that works for you. I use deep breathing as well which will help relax your muscles. Feel better. xx
