Shortness of breath

Does anybody else have constant shortness of breath or feeling like your not breathing right ? I have pvcs and pacs not sure of this has something to do with it ??

Shortness of breath is a common symptom of anxiety and I too experience it. I have one of those clip on the finger tip blood oxygen saturation meters and when I feel breathless I use it to demonstrate to mysekf that my sats are fine which is reassuring and the breathlessness resolves. Until the next time.

Like all the symptoms of anxiety which have been confirmed as such by a doctor we should accept our breathlessness for the time being, acceot it calmly and with the minimum of fear. Then we stop flooding our nervous system with fear hormone which keeps our nerves sensitised and is the cause of nervous symptoms.
