Hi there I hope someone out there can help me. Iāve been suffering from headaches for the past month and insomnia. But sometimes when I am out shopping or something itās like I canāt focus, my head feels really fuzzy and it actually feels like Iām in a dream.... then I start panicking because I donāt know whatās wrong. Iāve also been getting pins and needles going down my legs and arms often. I have been referred to neurology by my GP but I still havenāt heard anything and Iām really worried. Has anyone had these symptoms before. I donāt know if these symptoms are anxiety related???

Hi there. These sound exactly like anxiety symptoms. Iāve had all of them at some point over the last 25 years. Have you talked to your doctor about some type of medication to help you? I also highly recommend seeing a therapist or psychologist to talk about whatās causing it. I wish you the best!
Hi, Iām Dee. Sorry to hear that. All of us on this site are experiencing all this crappy stuff. Been diagnosed of having anxiety but I chose and end up not taking any meds. Instead I searched on how our body works right. All these symptoms disappear once we learned how to take care ourselves right. If you are not drinking enough water on you system it will start some of the symptom your experiencing from anxiety. Feed it right and you will eliminate all the symptoms from anxiety. We just need to learn how to take care of it. Try to get. CBC, and hemoglobin A1C test done cause all the tingling from your limbs was one of a symptoms of having diabetes, so get it done. Hope all this info helps you understand what is going on to you. God Bless
