Trying to be positive!

So I've had a great last couple weeks. Pretty panic free and for some reason tonight I'm having a hard time. The physical syptoms are back and it's making me be in my head too much! I'm trying to get ready to go out. I don't want these physical symptoms to take over my night! Any words of wisdom are appreciated ❤ T.I.A

Use the grounding tools. Name 5 things you can see, 5 things you can touch and 5 things you can hear. Then reassure yourself that you are ok xx

Focus on what you are doing right now! Your anxiety is being stirred up by looking too much into the future "take over my night" Stay in the present! and you will be ok.
