Trying to be positive

Well its back to work for me tomorw after 4 days off sick with this anxiety! I know people will have been asking and talking about me but hopefully it will be okay

Occupation is good for anxiety so going back to work is a good thing. If people don't know why you were off tell them you had vertigo, something to do with your ears. Then switch on to automatic pilot, what Claire Weekes called 'floating', no matter how you feel. And practice accepting the bad feelings while you work because if you accept them without adding further fear then eventually your sensitised nerves will be cured and you will recover. Breathe in slowly, hold it, breathe out slowly, hold it and repeat. Deep breaths that is. All will be fine for you tomorrow, Sammie, and the following day believe me.

Hey guys I didnt return to work last week as i felt not ready, tomorrow is when I go back and IM POOPING myself 😣😣😣😣😣

SammieXo, it won't be a quarter as bad as you think it's going to be and before long you'll be wondering why you were so worried, you know the job, you know what to tell other people, you'll walk it! All the best for tomorrow.

Oh I dread going back to work I go back in 2 weeks time after being off for 6 months am pooping myself to 😢

Hey guys jist an update I went back to work monday..everyone has been nice to me, my boss now asks if im doing ok (wish he wouldnt ask so much actually) as this makes my anxiety alot worse for some reason!? I still feel very aggitated and edgy and it does show but im trying to be more positive and keep telling myself that it isnt going to control me. I have even booked a driving lesson tomorw after work so hopefully I wont be to anxious and i will enjoy it. 😊
