Bladder discomfort

I have bladder pain. I just read that it's called irritable bladder from anxiety. The medication they said to take I'm already taking. It must not be working. Now I'll never get off meds. I'm scared.

Are you in the US? If so, there is a medication you can get over the counter to help you through the weekend called AZO. It is a mild medication that coats the bladder wall and helps relax it. I've had to take it many times before when I've been waiting to get in to see my doctor.
