Does anxiety make you feel constantly sick? I feel always nauseous and then ill get like several minutes of relief then it’ll come back. Then sometimes Ill have an hour of relief then it’ll come back. But then being nauseous worries me so idk if im doing it to myself

I don't really get the nausea I just get the weakness and the fatigue as well as flutters and a terrible sensation in chest. When I was getting the nausea it accompanied heartburn and the doctor said I had acid reflux

alexis, I used to get nauseous all of the time. I would wake up totally FINE< and then bingo, queasy, shaky.........all day, day in day out. One day, it went away.

I get some nausea from anxiety, it's not bad and is usually one of my more minimal symptoms. I usually have the accelerated heart rate, left arm and shoulder pain, and chest pain. I have also noticed that my arm pain would present itself more often if I thought about it. Maybe try to notice if your nausea comes on soon after thinking about how you are not feeling nauseous..... That might give you an idea if maybe you are doing it to yourself. Also, is it happening when you are busy/distracted? When you are trying to relax? Or randomly?

Anxiety is something else lol it’s always trying to ruin our day. Ive had chest pains and arm pains before. They’re not fun but if nothing has happened to you from them, you’re probably fine. My nausea comes randomly. So ill try to pin point what causes it

I get the same thing. And almost always it happens without a trigger. Every morning I wake up with terrible stomach pains that go away as soon as I leave home! I get nausea quite a bit and sometimes I can ignore but other times I can’t. It’s one of the more annoying parts of anxiety.

Ive had the nausea too, then it stopped for a few days, but this morning because i didnt get any sleep at all last night ive been feeling it bad and gagging, it makes me feel cold as well. Also mentioned on a previous post that although i took a mild sleeping pill it didnt work at all. 😔
