Hello recently I have decided to start back exercising to see if it will help with my anxiety I have been exercising at home 2 to 3 times a day everyday.But now I'm beginning to have panic attacks a lot. Am I over doing it just to try to get my anxiety to go away???

Maybe cut down to twice a day, light exercises maybe meditation as well see if that helps a little

Ok even if the exercises are only 10 mins each?? And I do them 2-3 times a day??

Have you see your doctor about this or your therapist, if you have any ? The panic attacks can be totally unrelated. I have had them just laying down watching t.v.
No I haven't but lately I have been having them in the middle of night like when I wake up to go to the bathroom or get a drink of water.
I have a similar problem. I had my first panic attack after the gym so now whenever i feel my heart rate go up i freak out. I'd love to start training again but dont want to induce another "episode". Life sucks.
